I cut out a window under the hatch in a 60x120 tile, cutting it off beforehand and cutting the inside into two halves under the hatch doors. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The technical issue in the place of the cut on the pieces under the hatch door was solved quickly in my presence, removing 1 mm from both sides. As a bonus, at my request, they also removed 1 mm from the other two sides. The employee doing the work was polite, customer-oriented, went to the meeting in all matters, helped to pack the finished items well, providing cardboard, paper and tape.

I have been using granite tile cutting for many times and for a long time now. I'm probably one of the most inconvenient clients: I never bring diagrams for cutting - I have everything on paper, somehow drawn or explained in words and on my fingers. And even so, they always listen patiently, without dissatisfaction, attentively. The work is done very efficiently, the prices are average in Minsk. Regular customers get a discount. And, surprisingly, there are practically no queues. And some little things can be done right in front of me.

We were approached with a very difficult job. It was necessary to carve 14 decorative panels for the temple in Minsk, as well as make a lot of 45' cuts and direct cuts. The guys work harmoniously and professionally, all the nuances were solved promptly, they additionally offered to glue the panels, since the smallest details were about 2 mm! It became necessary to cut large-format porcelain stoneware. I called all the companies that showed me the search services.
Some do not pick up the phone, others do only large volumes, others can, but after a week, the fourth - after 10 days and so on
Only then they answered - we will do it, come. I arrived and did it right away (I waited an hour).
I express my gratitude. This is how all companies should work in my opinion.

The quality of the work is top: we cut the complex tempered 120x120 tile perfectly, and we also saved a lot of time: we took delivery from the store, even took photos so that we could not go in person, cut it the same day, we arrived when everything was ready, and they also helped us load it into the car. Everyone refused to cut, or did not give a guarantee of a successful outcome. When I make repairs, there is a periodic need for waterjet cutting of tiles. Cutting with water is the most progressive method that currently exists. It's not very cheap, really, but it's worth it. The cut is smooth and without chips. Plus, you can cut any internal holes, as well as cut in an arc and at 45 degrees. The guys have been keeping the brand for many years.
