I give a low assessment to this work not for the artistic part, but for the nationalist pro-Polish narratives. Polish nobles were appointed/"elected" as voits - this was done by the king. Belarusians were not among them.
There are also no sculptures of city officials in Minsk and other cities, so what should Poles do in them? Do you mean that these are Polish lands?

A colorful character. It looks good on the square, but probably little known except to Belarusians and historians. If only they would put a monument to some famous person on a pedestal here and the square would lose its intimacy and the monument would attract attention to itself . As it is, this is the mayor on earth and the main buildings on the square are historical buildings.

In unspoken doubt whether he had made a mistake. (In order not to confuse historians, this is our version). And that's very relevant, right on the spiteful day. And many of the current residents, in an ever-unfolding superstition, rub the ancient city head for this very key. So that at least something breaks off for them.
