Atlant-M Uruche is a service where your car will be made beautiful, but they will ask for it, as if you are repairing not your car of the middle segment, but a Lamborghini. I was here back at VW, now it's Chery, but I parked with Nissan so that life wouldn't seem like honey. The bumper and fender were restored - superbly, there is not a single question about the quality. Painted, leveled, customized - well done. I was glad that I didn't have to run around the city in search of spare parts or paints “like my own” - we found everything, ordered it, and supplied it ourselves. Arrived, handed over, picked up - convenient. But there were some surprises: the recorder was turned off after repair, and the settings in the car were reset. Apparently, the car decided to forget everything and start a new life. We would like to discuss such points in advance. In general, the service is suitable for those who appreciate comfort, reliability and are ready to raise an eyebrow a little when looking at the bill.

Everything was fine before. We drove with pleasure, paid the money and were happy.. Up to 4 TIMES. In addition, the discs and pads were changed. As a result, the car slows down at traffic lights like the UAZ of the last century with a creak.. They told me to roll in. We have rolled 1000 km. We arrived, gave the car back, returned it 2 hours later - everything is fine with you. Most likely, sand got in. Ie, 45,000 km did not get in, but here's how.. After THAT, not a single spare part was in the trunk.. It was a shame to pick up a car for that kind of money and drive around squeaking.. We decided not to go for 5, but the resentment remained. We went to the usual service station on the recommendation, looked at the pads, rearranged them, the car drives quietly, nothing creaks.. By the way, the master said that the cheapest ones were delivered... thank you, Volkswagen.

After the next scheduled oil change in my car, I no longer plan to visit this car center and will not recommend it to anyone. When making an appointment for a replacement, after specifying 3 times what kind of oil would be poured into the car, the brand of the European manufacturer G-Energy was named, even during a personal visit the day before it was reported that the oil would be replaced with G-Energy engine oil. As a result, Devon oil is indicated in the certificate of work performed, but no one warned me about this, although I was at the car center at the time of the replacement. When asked about the reason for changing the oil from another manufacturer without my consent, the specialist claimed that the characteristics of Devon oil are suitable for my car. She asked the call center specialist again about the reason for the oil change without consulting me. I was informed that they would pass the information on my question to their supervisor and give an answer, but the answer has not yet been received, 2 days have passed. When changing the oil in my car, I did not plan to change it to Devon oil under any circumstances. If I had been informed that it was impossible to replace with a previously agreed G-Energy, I would have chosen an engine oil from another manufacturer or refused to replace it altogether.

We made an appointment by phone at the call center for the car on 30.04.2025, we ourselves are 300 km from the official dealer. Upon arrival, the manager informed you that your entry was completed on 05/01/2025. They started picking up the audio recordings and found out that the manager had made a mistake. As a result, I had to leave the car and go home by minibus. One day later, the car was taken away. In the car, they found that personal belongings were scattered around the cabin, and there were remnants of cut wires on the mats. In the luggage compartment, the travel kit, which was neatly folded at the manufacturer's factory, was disassembled and scattered around the trunk. In general, in the cabin, it feels like someone was asleep. For THAT reason, it was agreed in advance which types of work would be performed, and as a result, they were added (without the approval of the PTD). We were very disappointed with this level of service(((

The parts department doesn't seem to be working properly. The same new, original one, but not ordered through Atlant, costs much less. Is it just that the Atlanta parts department wants to eat more?! I painted my car here on insurance . They painted it well, and provided a certain amount for Yandex.Taxi for the duration of the work. Very convenient. The other day I took the car for a comprehensive cleaning according to the bonus program. They cleaned the interior, washed the windows, thresholds, mats, blackened the rubber, cleaned the discs from carbon deposits. I paid only 15 rubles, and I was also given 2 coffees (I was not alone). There is still a pleasant smell in the car after cleaning. I usually spend more than two hours on thorough cleaning of the salon after the winter, but here is such a gift from Atlant-M Uruchye. Thanks! I recommend it!

I was very disappointed by the incompetence of some employees. They tried to convince me to replace the serviceable suspension elements of the car (they themselves later confirmed their serviceability). They didn't mention several times that the part could be replaced under warranty (the part was changed by them, and the warranty of the official service applied to it).

Good afternoon. I have been familiar with this service center for almost 5 years. I had to interact with such departments as: sales department, service department, body repair department, warranty service department. At all stages and in all departments, there is complete lack of customer orientation, not professional managers who "on the go" come up with excuses and answers to questions asked! The service is at the lowest level, I can compare it even with the most budget car services, such as Renault, Lada. It only gets worse from year to year. In the last year, even gross violations of the law have been allowed, they probably believe that the application from the consumer is unnecessary actions and pieces of paper (there is no my signature and familiarization with the request for a list of works). They came up with the request themselves, described it themselves, launched the execution order themselves, executed it themselves, just called and reported the solution, there is NOT A SINGLE DOCUMENT!!! Up is the arrogance and negligence from the manager. I do not recommend this service!!!

I purchased a Volkswagen Polo at the end of August 2019 from an official dealer in Uruchye. For 4 years, I regularly carried out maintenance and body repairs on insurance from him. At the beginning of the summer of 2024, on the approach of 5 years, a swelling of the LCP (bugs) was found on the side arches, below, from all sides. Also, when replacing the low beam headlight bulb, the master of a private service station showed me that at the welding site, during the repair of the car under insurance on 30.03.2020, there was also a swelling of the paint, which indicates that all the necessary steps were not followed during painting. I contacted Atlant M (Uruchye), the official dealer with whom I have been cooperating for all years, on this issue. Initially, upon examination, the young man said that this was not a guaranteed case. A 15-year warranty on END-to-END corrosion. I laughed, saying that I probably arrived early, I need to wait for the through holes to appear)) I INSISTED on making official documents. After 2 weeks, I received a reply on the phone that the manufacturer replied that this was not a warranty case. When asked to send an official response, I was asked to come back and write a statement. Seeing my persistence and annoyance, didn't I initially officially apply?! The next day, I received a response not from the manufacturer, but from Atlant M, where the head of body repair informs me that the paintwork began to swell due to "mechanical damage" (the surface varnish was worn off, moisture got into the microcracks - that's rust).Even when inspecting the car, they voiced this option to me, to which I noticed that on the car, externally, from a collision with fine gravel, there are chips of paint to metal, and they have been for a long time, but for some reason there is no rust, and in places where there is no direct contact with precipitation, sharply, All over the car, let's go. The second claim, about the paintwork under the hood, at the welding site, was answered that the warranty year had expired. Thus, trusting the dealer, without looking under the hood, being serviced only by him, I lost time when I could prove the poor quality of the work done. After all, any master knows that if all the stages of the LPR are observed, this place cannot be under the hood!!! it will be covered with rust after 3 years. THE RESULT! I see no point in overpaying money and servicing a new car under warranty from a dealer if he does his job poorly and evades warranty obligations!

I am very disappointed in the service, 5w40 oil was poured into the 2020 touareg. The manufacturer recommends 0w20. I did something in this center . Most likely, the Chinese filters were also shoved in. I drove for a couple of days, the oil level dropped. Some kind of space. This is the first time I've seen such a thing in a dealer, just without warning they pour anything. Here's the dealer's level for you. 100% this is the last time. $300 for what?

With each visit to the service center and the warranty department, the impressions get worse. Visited 2TO with replacement of the rear view camera under warranty. The car was handed over dirty, with handprints on the trunk lid. The body was not inspected. After washing, I found bugs on the trunk lid. I came back for inspection and approval of the warranty painting date, and also pointed out the appearance of a parking sensor error. We took a photo, we didn't look at the partronik because of the load of the electrician. As a result, a week later they call and ask to come again, as there were problems with sending photos with defects. There was no answer to the question of who will pay for gasoline for your "shoals". They signed up separately for an electrician. After inspecting the parking lot, the sensor turned out to be defective, but there is no need to wait 1.5 months. If you work like this, you won't have any clichés left.

Excellent service, experienced and courteous staff. On the road, the drive belt on the engine broke. They took the car into operation without waiting in line a few hours before the end of the working day and replaced everything within 1.5 hours. All spare parts were also in stock. In general, my wife and I have pleasant memories from our cooperation with Atlant M. At first, manager Andrey helped us choose a good car and did everything possible for us to get the car we wanted. We took the car from this car dealership. The car was given to us by the manager Nikolai. He immediately offered us coffee, and during the registration process they brought us drinking water. We have created all the conditions for a comfortable transaction. We will arrange everything quickly and without unnecessary delay. Temporary insurance was immediately issued on the spot. And since after completing the transaction we wanted to eat, we were offered a snack in a cafe, and after it turned out that the dishes in the cafe were over, they showed us the way to the nearest place where we could have dinner. Nikolai answered in detail all the questions that we asked him during the transaction, as well as after (about three days later). In general, I recommend this car dealership.
