We ordered a tile 2 times - problems with the glaze. They refused it (not the seller's fault). We ordered a mosaic - the wrong shade came (okay, it's also not the fault of the seller in the store). We left an order for a mosaic. We are waiting for 3 weeks, they say on my calls that they will now clarify and call me back, but in the end they do not even take a call from my number, but they immediately pick up the phone from another number. Everyone will make a conclusion for themselves.

It would be possible to set 0, I would set it exactly. On the first visit, the employee could not correctly calculate the number of tiles per square meter. On the second visit, they could barely count, and we still made an order from them (we found such a tile only from them). It was agreed that they would deliver the tiles to the house on Friday. As a result, on Saturday, the manager informed us that we could pick it up at their store. After an argument, they did bring it to us, but not for free, of course. Managers are illiterate boors who do not understand either their product or the programs for calculating materials. This is the first and last time I have collaborated with them. Be careful, comrades.

This is the largest tile store in Bagels..however, the assortment, although huge, is presented as is, i.e. in no way.. a person who came for a product, with a head besotted with repairs and does not know what he wants-just a trip to the store!However, the lack of professional training by the seller is almost a universal problem.Location, interior, the assortment is super, it remains to learn how to sell!
