The training lasts only 1 hour. During this hour, it is impossible to warm up properly, work out techniques, hold a hitch. You've been spinning like a squirrel in a wheel for the whole hour, practicing techniques for literally a couple of minutes. With such training, even after 5 years of training, you will be a beginner.
Bad halls, bad ventilation, bad locker rooms, bad showers, relatively high price of classes, the desire to get something right in training: a T-shirt, then shorts, then something else.
It is suitable for children or for general fitness, but it is definitely not the best option if you want to develop skills

I liked the coaches, they are practicing athletes, there are few children in the group of 10-12 people, the training is aimed at both general physical development and the development of techniques and skills in judo / sambo

I took my son to the group for 4-6 years. He really likes it! A very good coach!
