I believe that this unique mysterious building was the military archive of the city of Uralsk...the last one who wrote about him was Korolenko and no one knows where he disappeared...they say it's still out there somewhere, because the building is much more meters long than the basement inside.A professor came from Almaty, he found out all this.So whoever finds the archive can become a millionaire..
