Draw your own conclusions... I made an order, the goods were delivered at a clearly agreed time. At home, when checking, I noticed that one of the packages will expire after 6 days (the vitamins themselves are designed for a month of use). That's where the whole point of this cantora was revealed. When asked to replace the product or refund the money, we agreed on a replacement (Although as the consultant said: "technically it is not overdue, it is still 5 days" SUPER :/ ) We agreed on a replacement on the same day, I waited...no one arrived - the courier did not have time - it was postponed to tomorrow at 14.00. Ok. It happens. The next day, after waiting for the courier from two until late in the evening, no one arrived. I wrote to the store that I would complain to the appropriate authorities.. and.. lo and behold! A minute later, the answer came that the courier was already on his way. According to the toga, the product was replaced, but for this I had to click, spend time / nerves.... I believe that it is in such situations that the true face of the store manifests itself. I haven't really received an apology for such a "service"...
