An employee of the company answered the call, promptly found out the model and nature of the malfunction, also quickly concluded that most likely the gears were finished, and since there were no such spare parts, you can safely throw them away, repair is not possible. After receiving the conclusion, I went to YouTube, took apart the video, serviced and lubricated the mechanisms, especially the gears. They were just a little skewed, and this was the reason for the breakdown. Assembled - the fire is working! Thanks to the operator for pointing the way and concluding. While I thought that repairs were possible, I was afraid to climb into it, but as you can throw it away, you can try it yourself, it turned out not in vain. So I recommend contacting the pros here!
