According to the schedule, work hours are running, but there are no employees on site. There is also no explanation. I had to go to another exchanger with a less favorable exchange rate, but with disciplined staff and a consistent work schedule.

The employee was lounging in a chair with a complete lack of interest in the client who came up. He answers questions rudely, could not orient the client according to the bank's currency exchange rate and did not offer where to apply for the service.
