It's a disgusting bank. I am receiving a PO in Russia. They recalculate rubles at the exchange rate of 4.71. Although they buy rubles much more expensive. I'll be looking for other options anyway. I'm losing 60,000 on their dead course.

I was more interested in the ATM - there is round-the-clock access. You can park along the road, there is no parking at the bank.

A small, conveniently located VTB branch. There is a 24-hour ATM (and a couple of ATMs inside). Polite staff, ready to help. You can withdraw money from the MIR card.
