Oh my god It's just a wonderful place. The food is delicious. The rooms are clean.The staff is polite.The sauna and the pool are a delight.Especially the salt bath! I had a graduation here, everything went perfectly and it wasn't too expensive. I would come here again, just like that, to relax. I would like to write a review about this institution.: Despite the fact that our wedding went well, there were some pitfalls. Beautiful nature. They brought cosmetic chic to the territory. The kitchen is gorgeous. It was all very tasty. I can't say anything bad in this direction. But: The administrators' work is terrible! We literally pulled the event calculation out of it. She was constantly running out of time. We waited for her for half a day . Then she would come to her workplace and run, torn from one clement to another. Because she made appointments for everyone at the same time. And she didn't have time to answer all the questions. And most importantly, she kept forgetting what she had written. As a result : on the last day, on the move, everything was recalculated and recorded again . The second administrator: he didn't know anything all the time. He wasn't there. And when addressing him, he was rude. How can such incompetent people be kept in such a place? There was practically no table service . I didn't see any waiters at the tables in the hall The cake was asked a hundred times how to cut it As a result, not all of it was brought in! The rooms for the bride and groom were not ready for the appointed and agreed time. Because of this, the photo shoot in the room was not done. They didn't have time to dress the bride The room was cleaned in the presence of young people, surrounded by photographers and a videographer, and everyone was waiting for the staff to vacate the room. The guests also waited for their rooms at the reception for an hour. Although the administrator was warned about the arrival of guests from afar after 14:00 (the rooms were ready at 15:30) Because of this, the registration ceremony was also delayed by 30-40 minutes. There were no flower vases. But that's not all! We have already turned a blind eye to all these nuances. There was no clean bed in the rooms at night (not all of them). And the guests had to look for the receptionist to make the pastels themselves ! There were also no towels . I am generally silent about hygiene products. There was no soap, no gels. All the containers were broken and empty! There was no toilet paper. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste. It's not 4* anymore! We paid for the rooms after the fact for the number of people, but when we checked in, it was most likely for a drunken crowd! There was no service from the word - no service at all!!!! Even 3* is a lot !!! Maybe at the very beginning of their discovery there were 4* But not now! On the second day, all the positive facts were crossed out! Breakfast was made for us in the morning. Everything was brought and put on the tables And that was the end of the good attitude towards us! Although everything was discussed quite differently. As a result: we were not provided with dishes They charged us for the pool, but they didn't serve us. I told you to flood the bathhouse by 2 p.m. They refused to heat her, saying that she would keep warm for a long time. What we refused . And then it started. They issued an invoice for 32 thousand rubles. And then they changed their mind. And they sent an invoice for 400 thousand, indicating some kind of fines for bathing in clothes. Even 2-year-old children who did not swim in the ice pool were counted. But they were nearby . Having asked for the dishes, they refused. Having said that there are not enough dishes. That they have 2 banquets. (although we initially discussed everything with them in a different way) we were supposed to order kebabs, but we didn't order them, because we saw them being cooked on the eve (the kebab shop is in an unsanitary place. There, under the logs, rodents were seen actively squeaking) But we ordered tea. Young people took drinks It wasn't enough to continue serving us. Moreover, they brought us only 3 jelly beans for tea. They refused to carry the rest of the dishes. When paying the receipt. We demanded an explanation. According to the bill : it was designed for people who spent the night at the hotel. In fact , 1/3 of the people were swimming , that 's 10 people without 2 - year - old children . The rest left immediately after leaving the hotel at 12:00. The bill was reviewed by the administrator. The discounts agreed upon were initially due to the fact that the entire complex was rented the day before, and everything was removed from us. From 32 thousand, the account became 400 thousand, it is not clear why, then somehow it was quickly broken through to 200 thousand. In conclusion, in response to our objections and the requirements for decoding this receipt, an invoice was issued for 108 thousand rubles. Which we paid for All this was going on in raised tones. With a favor from the administrators Arai and her son. With insults and threats in our direction. (that we will now be blacklisted) I want to warn you! Dear guests of the city of Tekeli. We have many beautiful places. But this NOT Vuslat! Don't look at the pictures we got at the wedding. It's beautiful, but thanks to the designers, dancers, presenters, photographers, but not to the people who work there. Everything else is just terrible! Although SHE wasn 't at her workplace , SHE WAS YELLING INTO the PHONE because we sat down at a table by the pool , supposedly with our own food , even though all the food was cooked and paid for on the first day of the celebration and it was agreed that we would also put it on the tables on the second day ... 😡 we asked for clean dishes under tea , to which we were told that they did not have it.. There was a lot more , it's impossible to write everything , but I'll SAY ONE THING: don't spoil the significant events with this PLACE.
