Good hospitality. Spacious rooms, well-equipped bathrooms, comfortable beds. There is a small balcony. The food is very decent, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in portions. Polite staff, young boys and girls, it looks like students are moonlighting. And all this is just a stone's throw from the amazing natural wonder of Lake Issyk-Kul.

A great hotel. I had a vacation with my family in July 2024 for a week. Good cuisine, three meals a day, the dishes have never been repeated in a week! There is an indoor large swimming pool, massage services. It is located on the first line by the sandy beach!
Among the disadvantages are paid parking (200 som / day), the lack of sun beds and umbrellas from the hotel on the beach and poor noise insulation in the rooms. But in general, in comparison with the surrounding guest houses and hotels, it's fine! I recommend you to rest!

A good hotel,three meals a day, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are decent enough, the lake is 5 minutes away ,there is a good cafe near Hassan, very tasty food,if we still eat we will stay here,excursions at an affordable price, I liked the rest, the water is clean, the coastline is large.

The service is at the highest level! The food is unrealistically delicious, one has only to approach and immediately bring very fragrant and very tasty dishes with lightning speed. The rooms are gorgeous!!!! Beautiful views from every room!!! Balconies with comfortable chairs for relaxing! Excellent sound insulation, slept like babies! Peace, tranquility and beautiful interiors! You are the best!!! There is even an elevator to go up to the 4th floor! A wonderful swimming pool with a very comfortable warm water temperature!

The "stardom" of the hotel does not match.
Minuses:
1. The territory is at the stage of gentrification, "Unfinished"
2. The garbage dump is visible from the windows.
3. The tulle in the room is covered in blood, dead mosquitoes are smeared on the walls
4. There was water, then there was no water at all. Very low pressure.
5. The beach is poorly cleaned, there are a lot of twigs in the sand.
6. Problems with the safe, no setup instructions. You need to call a special person.
7. There is no bathrobe in the room.
8. Draining in the shower does not work well.
9. When you close the front door, the wall is already shaking)
10. There is no phone in the room to contact the reception.
Positive:
1. Friendly staff, polite waiters
2. The food is good and tasty, the cook is generally well done 👍🔥
3. Close to the lake, convenient access to the water on the beach.
4. Stylish renovation. Which needs to be brought to mind. They didn't even tear off the price tag on the corner of the wall)
5. Comfortable mattress, cool comfortable bed.

The hotel is new, clean, the rooms are cozy, snow-white linen and towels. Beautiful decor of the lobby and restaurant. Of course, the staff still needs to be dealt with, they get lost, forget, do not know how to process documents, but they are friendly, which is already good. The food is not bad. The pool and spa should be launched by next summer, the territory is being improved.
