If you are handing over a vacuum cleaner, then you also need a box, which I threw away on the second day because it is large. Now apparently my vacuum cleaner can be fucked up. The vacuum cleaner was also dusty. This also caused indignation, although I washed it. The repair period is from 14 days to infinity (apparently diligently). By the way, before that I called another service, a paid one, they said two days. Well, customer orientation and free warranty repairs are harsh things. Although they have not yet accused that the breakdown occurred due to exploitation.
An employee of the department named Roma is well done, do not deprive him of money for organizing the work of the service, which he cannot influence. The defect of the product lasted two weeks - this is "strong"! "Thank you" for the "customer orientation"! And Roma - well done!

Request a contract when purchasing. I screwed up by buying an access point from this "organization". The company works strictly on prepayment, the device had to wait a week. The dot arrived in a dirty, opened box, which didn't bother me right away. After setting it up, I decided to connect to the switch via the PoE injector that came with the kit. And, lo and behold, the injector is not working. I turned back to the store and was told to take the point along with the injector, they took it away and told me to contact them myself in a week. A week later, they told me to contact them a week later. And then a week later. The swing began. Neither the point nor the money have been returned to me yet. And it's already been a month. There are no responsible persons who can tell me what is wrong with her. They told me to wait up to 60 days for a response from the supplier's service center, which is located all the way in RUSSIA, Karl!!)) And then something will be known. I strongly recommend avoiding this crazy office- you will save money and nerves. Zero customer orientation, irresponsible warranty service. They also don't give feedback, portraying intense activity.)
