I would like to express my gratitude for the professional and well-coordinated work of the staff of the WDL Optics salon at 93 Partizansky Ave., Minsk. I contacted this company for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and friendly attitude. Ophthalmologist Olga Nikolaevna Bogatko is a professional with a capital letter. I carried out the necessary diagnostics and, based on the results of the examination, selected suitable lenses that perfectly suited me and helped me significantly improve my eyesight and quality of life. I am very grateful to Olga Nikolaevna for the high-quality service, attentive attitude and individual approach. The female consultants Marina and Lyudmila, with great patience and knowledge of their business, helped to find the right eyeglass frame. As a result, my husband, my mother, and I now have glasses from this salon. We will recommend this salon to everyone and come here only.

In itself, a good network of optics stores. A wide variety of frames and lenses. I usually buy lenses. They have a low price, but good quality. I decided to try colored lenses and the consultant helped me with the selection of colors, answered my questions about the palette and shades. I was satisfied :) It is sad that the desired shade lenses with the right diopters are often not available. You'll be lucky here.

27.08.2024. Partizansky Prospekt 93. Until today, for almost 10 years, I ordered glasses from this store, brought friends and relatives. Today, minor repairs of glasses purchased in this store were needed. Upon arrival at the store, I asked a question about minor repairs, but in response I immediately received a categorical answer: NO! I asked to find out in the workshop, after a few minutes of wrangling, one of the sellers deigned to call the workshop and replied that they did not have time for this. To the question: is it possible to get to the doctor for a prescription and purchase new glasses, I heard the answer: NO, ONLY BY APPOINTMENT! I had difficulty convincing them to condescend and allow me to wait for a "live queue". The arrogance of the sellers of this store is at the level of high-ranking officials! No one else sets foot in this store, as well as in other WDL stores. I will add a review on their website, if there is one.

We ordered glasses for the child there twice, we were very satisfied with the service. The girls who worked there were very polite. And so it turned out that the child broke his glasses, and of course there was no question where we were going to get new glasses. Of course, in wdl optics. But this time I was extremely dissatisfied with the consultant's service. The girl was talking very biased and arrogant. It was extremely unpleasant... In general, my child and I went to another optician and ordered glasses there. Well, what can I say, there used to be really good girl consultants working there, but now they've recruited I don't know who...

I was in the department at Partizansky 93, I want to highlight the ophthalmologist who works there. It so happened that I was passing by ahead of the time of my recording. And she kindly agreed to receive me early at a free window. She was very friendly, did not turn a deaf ear to my complaints. In general, I did not work at all on the dump, I was also satisfied with the selection of the frame, the consultant waited very patiently until I chose the frame (I probably changed the frame 25). And she helped with advice. I recommend.

Within 3 business days, they called to pick up the glasses. I've been getting high for a week now from how clearly I began to see everything, and now my eyes don't get tired P.S. a week later, an SMS came calling to write a review, so I would just forget and not think about it😁

Such a familiar and dismissive attitude as that of the ophthalmologist Bogatko is extremely rare. This is surprising, but this person believes that it is appropriate to chastise a visitor for not coming to her office every three months. And she believes that she has the right to demand this, her words "must appear." She was ready to render a service only if she obediently listened to all these unthinkable lectures. After that, there was a desire to leave the room and go to another place, with a more adequate specialist, which I did. I would never have thought that such a thing could be expected in the office of a paid ophthalmologist. But it turns out that this happens)

A good selection of glasses despite the very small room. Beautiful room design. The only drawback is the insufficiently bright lighting of the store. Still, optics should have good lighting, because glasses will have to be worn on the face, and not anywhere.

Why did you choose wdl? Urgent replacement of broken glasses and a shop + a doctor in one place. I regretted it.. The place is luxurious. The choice of glasses is great and for every taste. At the expense of the ophthalmologist Smetanik T. V. (if she wrote it down correctly), there is a question about her diagnosis for me - strabismus. I was discouraged, because every year I go through an ophthalmologist in the clinic + in the clinic. None of the doctors made this diagnosis. And as I knew, it's usually congenital or from great fright. To my question, "what kind of squint? I've never been given one."The doctor replied, "Well, we checked, you have strabismus." 🤷♀️ I had to go to another professional clinic, where, after a full examination and conclusion, I openly ask at the end of the appointment - is there a strabismus? The doctor replied - you don't have any strabismus! Please don't confuse people. After all, there are those who can come to you and end it. And the prescription you have written will be incorrect and harmful to your health.

The doctor was rude.A very unpleasant woman. To save your nerve cells and a good mood, it's better to go to an ophthalmologist in the Cinderella salon. There is no need for an appointment and friendly staff.

I highly recommend it to all bespectacled people. The eye examination process by an ophthalmologist at the salon is amazing in terms of volume and completeness. I declare this as a bespectacled man with twenty-five years of experience. Very thorough and thoughtful. It is definitely worth going just to consult such a wonderful doctor. Plus, there is a pre-registration. The salon itself leaves a pleasant impression, clean and tidy, polite sales consultants, a sufficient selection of frames and contact lenses is not oversaturated. A small inconvenience - when entering the stairs down (5 pieces), it may be inconvenient for people with disabilities, but I am sure the workers will come to the rescue.
