Before I found WDL optics, I went to other optics stores, but I couldn't find a frame that matched the style anywhere. Despite the small size of the salon, there was more than enough choice, the consultant prompted and helped me choose the models, eventually I found a frame that I really liked and suited the style) We immediately placed an order and checked our eyesight. I doubted the correctness of the recipe, called the next day after making and receiving the glasses, after which I was accepted for free and checked again, and I was convinced that the recipe was really correct) The frame arches were also bent for free at the WDL optics salon, where the master is located. I am satisfied with the service, the prices are more than acceptable, I waited for the glasses for about 3-5 days, they were made even earlier than promised by 2 days. I advise you to at least go here, you may be able to find a suitable option among the various models, and shorten the search time for frames for your request. Thanks to the staff for their work!

I made a special appointment for a certain time, it was really important for me to get on that day. As a result, after 10 minutes of waiting, I was told that the doctor was ill. Why couldn't it have been at least warned in advance? Did the doctor get sick right in those 10 minutes of admission? The recording was at 10:00. As a result, no alternative was offered, do whatever you want! Or, as the call center suggested, it was possible to simply enter the clinic at a different address between the patients. I told them right away that it was very important for me to get in today! Consultants have a customer orientation of 0 out of 10. But at least they talked amicably with each other, instead of solving the issue))) I give 1 star to the consultants! And thanks a lot to the girls at the call center! Everything was quickly resolved and fixed. I was delighted with your optics at the International Exhibition! An excellent consultant and an excellent doctor. Take an example!

A terrible point, because the management removed the children's table with a high chair and a large maze on the table. There was this corner at the very beginning of the salon. And there are glass showcases everywhere. And if you're restless. You'd better not come here. Moreover, the management does not respond at all to the request to return this corner. Where the child gets distracted and sits. While you're ordering glasses. There is a pot with a flower... It's more useful ...?!)) support the review-do not go to this salon!!!!

I ordered my first glasses here. This was the fifth optics salon in search of a frame.. I liked three of them at once! The doctor, a young man, very carefully and meticulously conducted the examination and selection. I didn't have to get used to it. Very comfortable. The girl manager showed everything and told me. In general, I am very pleased with the work of the salon in the Galileo shopping center.

They do it really fast. I needed to replace the lenses in my glasses. I made it for myself for work. I turned to them on Thursday, said I was leaving on Monday, I needed to be ready on Friday, and I really took them on Friday. Everyone writes the day of making glasses, but in fact three to four days, the other one had a discount card of 10% and is still more expensive than here. And believe me, they were the fourth in the list of the most popular opticians in the city that I visited and frankly I did not count on them. 57 rubles with anti-glare, just for the record. Bravo, you are the best.
