First of all, I want to mention an excellent doctor. I have already advised everyone to plan a visit only to her. The staff is attentive, I learned a lot about the manufacture of glasses with big disadvantages.I didn't know about such subtleties before, I've been wearing glasses for 20 years. In January, I contacted this optician for a consultation with an ophthalmologist due to discomfort when wearing contract lenses (I have been wearing them for more than 20 years). Before applying, I always wore one diopter, but after a thorough check, the doctor issued his verdict - you have very strong lenses./glasses need to be weaker and reduces from -3.25 to 2.5 in one eye, and from -2.5 to 1.75 in the other. Arguing that age-related changes are making themselves felt.. when checking the table, I repeatedly notice that I don't see clearly, to which I get the answer "this is out of habit, computer diagnostics shows otherwise." I think that the doctor knows better, and of course I listen to the recommendations flawlessly and get a new pair of lenses + a prescription for making new (weaker glasses). 2 weeks of torment and back in this "institution" with exhausted "getting used to the new". Explaining the situation to the consultants.They're assigning me a new (independent) consultation with another doctor. An independent doctor admits that a colleague got too excited and writes me a new prescription - a little "stronger") again, suffering from dizziness and lack of clarity of the picture before my eyes. And after all this "getting used to", I had to contact an ophthalmologist again (not from this network), where I heard that the decrease should begin in 0.25 steps... You can still write about this situation for a long time.. This review is intended to encourage doctors and the management of this network to treat their clients more carefully. Such mistakes waste a lot of your customers' time and money.

I visited this optician today. A consultant came up to me at the polaroid counter. After showing screenshots of the glasses on the phone screen, he asked if they were available, to which he received a mysterious and languid reply: "probably ... It seems that the network of opticians is solid, but in fact it is like a diner. I have never seen such a thing in any optics that they did not even give a napkin to wipe the glasses, and the price tag is not cheap. We applied for the primary selection of lenses for my husband. The doctor checked her eyesight and taught her everything. There were no lenses prescribed by the doctor. Others picked it up. I didn't really like the doctor's attitude initially. Because I also wanted to pick up lenses for myself, but after the doctor's not entirely correct attitude, I refused. I called twice in January, and they confirmed to me that everything is possible. However, when I brought my mother to an appointment from another city, the doctor turned us around, grinning that this was impossible and such lenses could not be adjusted, because she had distant vision 1.
