I urgently needed to buy one-day lenses, the map showed this place. The building is an office building. There was an office /pick-up point inside, but you can buy lenses. But. For the first time, I was faced with the fact that you can't buy one lens at a time. They said that they sell from 5 pcs of one diopter, because this is an online store and they wholesale. This is the first time I've heard this. I did not ask for a book of complaints, because I was in a hurry. In general, I do not recommend this place!

I called the company on 10/31/2022 to clarify the details of my previous order from a year ago. The girl answered almost all the questions very politely, but unfortunately it was not possible to get some of the information, since the order was a long time ago, a year ago. I was very pleasantly surprised when, 20 minutes later, the girl called back, said that she had raised some archival data and finally answered my questions. By that time, I had already chosen another optics for ordering lenses (it was corny cheaper there), but after that call, I naturally ordered from WDL. Such a focus on customers and such responsibility is very cool! It is absolutely worth any overpayments. The lenses were delivered on the same day, and the quality of the goods is as always on top. I have described only one case of interaction with the company, but in fact I have already bought goods from them several times and passed inspection, always very quickly, efficiently and pleasantly.

I couldn't place an order on the site so that I could get a promotional lens as a gift (order 4, pay 3, when ordering 4 pcs, the price is set for 4 pcs, not 3, the order is not correctly placed). I called on the phone, the operator told me to make out for 3, and the fourth one will be brought in a different package, my diopters are there. The courier brought only 3 lenses (what were the pickers thinking about?! a person with M.B. 3 eyes?!), no gift cards. I couldn't pay with my card, something didn't work for him. Everything passed by, while I sat all evening waiting for the courier at home. Time has been spent, but the product has not been delivered according to the order.

I made an order on the website. I paid through erip. The personal account is designed incorrectly - there is no way to view the order history and the stage of order fulfillment. The shipment in Belarus is paid and not very fast - I received the order only a week later. With the order, they did not give any discount card, neither real nor virtual, although the site has information about providing one when ordering over 25 rubles, my order was more than 60 rubles. There are no complaints about the quality of the products so far - I have not opened the branded lenses yet, because while I was waiting for the order for a long time, the deadline for replacing my old ones came and I had to buy ordinary lenses and a solution in another store.
