Very cool for that kind of money! Everything is done wisely: the hostess is German, the administrator is a very good-natured and courteous guy named Umit (he himself is from Tajikistan, speaks excellent Russian, because he graduated from the Ural university). The only disadvantage is that it is difficult to walk there: it takes a long time to go uphill, but this is compensated by an excellent view of both the city and the Bosphorus. There is also a small stadium under the windows - a football field - for fans of morning jogging, and for children to chase a soccer ball...
