On December 9, 2021, I placed an order for the iGrill 2 Digital Thermometer. On the same day, at 4:00 PM, WEBER MINSK accepted it. The representative said that the order will be delivered on December 11, 2021, on Saturday. While waiting for the courier all day, I did not receive the digital thermometer. On December 14, 2021 at 10:30 AM, an email message arrived: THE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED! Based on the above, I consider: the work of the online store unsatisfactory; the work of the delivery service and the representative of WEBER MINSK unprofessional.
