We were looking for an inexpensive car to rent. It turned out that there are cars on the website, but they are not available. They offered a car for 2 times more expensive, we took it. A very unpleasant surprise was the fact that it was very smoky in the car, to which the manager noticed that the previous tenant had paid a fine for it. It would be great if this money went to fight the smell in the car. Overall, the impressions were not the most pleasant.

We wanted to take one of the BMWs on the site. They have not found a person who has information about them. We came to rent at least something, we were told that, without prior agreement by phone, they would not serve us. As a result, we signed a contract for solaris. We came to pick it up in the morning, but this car is not there, we renegotiated the contract for another similar one. The car was very dirty, they said it happened that way. They took it and went, where to go?! The conditions are good in terms of cost and collateral.

Extremely negative car rental experience. They sent my data to the traffic police in response to a request for someone else's violation (for 147 BYN). The most interesting thing is that the violation was committed a week after I took the car from them (a couple of months ago) and the car itself was completely different. According to the inspector, the response to the request from this organization came within three days, but it took me half a month of headache to resolve this issue. Of these, I was pickled for a week with promises to "tomorrow" raise data from the archive: either the director is on vacation, then there is no key, then the staff is not aware. As a result, they brought some documents to the inspector, as I was told: the director took responsibility for himself. In total, a whole working day was spent on trips to traffic police departments, a lot of time on phone calls and money for a taxi. I am from Russia, I live and work in the Republic of Belarus. I was lucky that I did not change my place of residence and received this letter on time, otherwise the problems would have increased significantly. I consider this story to be a manifestation of absolute disrespect and negligence towards my clients and their personal data. I will never use their services again.
