I recommend to all guests and residents of the glorious city of Uralsk to visit our museum, where you will get acquainted with different epochs of the history of the city, and the nation as a whole. You can use the services of a guide, the entrance ticket is cheaper than going to the cinema. To be honest, I haven't been to this museum for 5 years, I need to go soon, see something new for myself, because with age you begin to notice and appreciate the smallest details.

It's not a bad museum for a small town. The ticket is very cheap, you have to pay extra for the photo, and several times more than the ticket price. When trying to pay for the tour, they said that they could only conduct it in Kazakh, which did not suit us. As a result, we walked alone through the empty museum (it was a weekday, we were the only visitors) under the strict supervision of the caretakers walking on our heels.

I was pleased with the number of exhibits, I remember this museum since childhood. I was there recently, I liked everything very much, polite staff, clean and cozy. There are quite a lot of visitors .

I haven't been in it for 15 years, a lot of exhibits have been added. There is something to see. You just need to go with a guide. Because we don't understand everything ourselves. So there's no need to get too tight. Take the tour and go ahead.

The Museum of Local Lore, there are not many halls. The exhibits are interesting. You will not be able to book an on-site tour - you need to arrange in advance.

in 2023, for all museums: 500 tenge adult ticket, 150 tenge for children. It's a nice big museum. 2 floors: there are a lot of archaeological finds from below, Soviet and modern history upstairs, there is a toilet. Fully justifies its cost.

We came from Uzbekistan. They asked for a guide. They didn't give it to us. They didn't let me take pictures and make videos. To do this, you need to pay separately. I didn't like it at all

One of the few museums in the city, there is no service, there are few exhibits, there is no excursion in Russian.
The history of the city, the figures developing the region and the city are interesting. In general, for 1 visit

The plates are translated into Russian by about 70% of the total number. The museum is torn along the time line tells about Kazakhstan. He starts with excavations, then about the horde, then a teleport to the 18th-19th century, then the Second World War and ... an office dedicated to the president. And where is the history of the creation of the city? The Pugachev uprising, for example? It is not clear what exactly the museum is trying to convey. Now it's just scattered cabinets with exhibits on display. There is simply no whole narrative covering every period of time

It is a very beautiful museum. I just love samovars and apparently they knew there and specially made a huge stand with samovars for me - I spent the most time on them) One disadvantage is that there is only cash

The museum is very extensive, with a good exposition, but keep in mind that the exhibits are signed, mainly in Kazakh. It is a pity that they did not think to take the tour, but the museum staff did not squeeze out a word for it.
