Hello! I want to write a review about a driver named Andrey. The Pervomaisk-Kirovsk-Moscow route. We wanted to hand over the bag. The dispatcher gave him his phone number. I discussed it with him, the bag will be delivered on the 29th by 15.30. I clarified the possibility of canceling the bus. The driver replied that the bus would go and it was safe to bring the bag. The bag was taken by taxi from Ivanovka. It turned out that the bus broke down and the driver Andrey did not warn. Was it really difficult to warn?!We lost money on taxis, nerves and time.
I strongly advise against transferring bags through Pervomaisk and even more so through the driver Andrey.You may find yourself in such a situation. The dispatchers are not responsible for the bags. And it is difficult for the driver to warn about the cancellation of the flight.

On 06/21/2024, a ticket was purchased for this flight from Moscow to Lugansk.
During boarding from the Salarievo bus station from 14.30 to 14.45, the driver of this bus demanded all passengers, without exception, to hand over their hand luggage to the luggage compartment when boarding the bus, even women with women's handbags.
I was also told in a rude boorish manner by this driver to put my purse with my personal belongings in the luggage. In 9 years of traveling, I have never met such boorish, rude and audacious behavior on the part of drivers.
I refused the driver and told him that my handbag was a carry-on bag, which did not exceed the norm in size and its contents did not exceed 3 kg, and it would stay with me.
This driver began to raise his voice at me and in a rude boorish manner refused to take me on board this flight.
He demanded that I go to the ticket counter and hand over my ticket back, as he was not going to put me on his bus without fulfilling his requirement.
Please emphasize that this was not a request, but a demand in an insolent form.
In response, I asked him a question; what is the difference between luggage and hand luggage? He could not answer my question and demanded to fulfill his demand.
In this situation, all passengers have put their hand luggage in the luggage compartment except me.
After checking my ticket and passport with the security guard, I entered the bus cabin and took my seat according to the purchased ticket.
After that, the driver ordered me to get off the bus.
Then he came up to me and boldly snatched my purse from my hands and got off the bus, throwing it into the luggage compartment.
Rudeness of the highest degree, words cannot convey. I will complain about them to the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

Снова пришлось ехать жтой компанией и снова одна заезда. Почему? Да потому что на сайте указана цена за билет от Луганска до СПБ 4500 рублей, а на вокзале уже берут 5000 рублей! На вопросы "почему так?" отвечают мол уена изменилась и все такое. Так почему тогда не изменили информацию на сайте?! Как так? Я может очень рассчитываю на эти 500 рублей (на такси в Питере или что-то такое). Так плюс ещё и за багаж берут деньги (с меня взяли 300 рублей). В итоге 5300!!! Это жесть. В очередной раз не рекомендую данного перевозчика.

Уже вторую неделю не могу связаться с этой компанией . На вайбере не отвечают, читают и игнор. На звонки так же нет ответа. Всё остальные номера в недоступены связи. Может стоит написать жалобу на сайт презедента, если это поможет работать нормально.

Искал билет из СПб в Луганск. Пытался забронировать через сайт. Обратной связи нет, ни один из указанных номеров не работает. А на сайте всё как будто бы в штатном режиме. В итоге купил билет у другого перевозчика, в неудобный для себя день.

Ужасная компания. Купили билеты на места,садимся в автобус,а на наших местах сидят люди и у них в билетах те же места,что и у нас. Водители в пассажирах не заинтересованы. Все очень не организовано. Садят людей в автобус не пойми откуда(ехали с Луганска на Питер,а в Москве сели какие-то люди).
На сайте написано,что есть Wi-fi,но по факту его нет или водители не включают.
USB разъемы почти все сломаны.
Вообщем,не рекомендую эту компанию!!!
