Unfortunately, the building has been looted. There are photo reports from 2019 on the web - everything was still there: furniture, documents, and office equipment. Now it's like after a nuclear war. But there is electricity, there is water (and it even leaks). In some places there is working communication equipment, the lights are on, the air conditioner is even working. There is a live surveillance camera on the top floor, in front of the restaurant entrance, do not climb the spiral staircase all the way to the top!

A dubious landmark. A gray, ugly building. There are dirty, broken windows on the ground floor. There is dust left from the tiles on the approach to the building, which reminds us that it was there.
You shouldn't come here on purpose.
