I bought a washing machine, it turned out to be only in a warehouse on Pavlodar Street. I chose pickup because I live in the mountains, I bought a car for the country. I drove to the warehouse for about two hours, arrived at 12-24. The woman, who was already eating her lunch, turned me away, explaining the break. Of course, I'm not a monster, but 5 minutes is quite enough to give out the goods. Secondly, the "scoop" with its methods ended 30 years ago and, as far as I know, we are building a market economy. Hence the question: where is your customer focus???

I do not recommend buying equipment in such a place!!! I bought a refrigerator with home delivery. They brought it with a warranty card and an operation book. After 1 year, when the refrigerator stopped working, we contacted the Service. As a result, we found out that we were not given a warranty card. After coming to the store where the equipment was purchased-we were told that these were your problems-you should have known for yourself what documents should be provided with the equipment. As a result, they could not use the guarantee due to the negligence of the employees of this store-and the buyer himself was the culprit-since he did not have information that the warranty card and the warranty card are different things.
