I waited 40 minutes for my balloons, which I ordered in a month!
I ordered at 15:30, as a result, at 16:00, the employees did not even try to fix the situation, 2 employees simply did not solve my problem in any way! I haven't seen such arrogance in a long time.…
We were late because of this and ruined the mood with our attitude and the most terrible irresponsibility to orders!
Ordering something for a certain time is clearly not here!

I bought candles here-figures for a photo shoot. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see a full-fledged store where you can walk and look (I thought it would just be a warehouse). The assortment is large. I think that such a store does not deserve to be located in such an unsightly factory room. I took off the star because I need to enter a lot of personal data when booking.
