Complete the review! This is the most terrible WB that I ordered. They lost the order the last 2 times. The first time I had to come back later and they found him. The second time, we came 3 times, but the order was not found. If you have extra time and nothing to do, this WB is perfect for you. Today there were 2 guys and they charged me the cost of the product that I returned. It's good that I noticed that the amount was charged more, I looked at the purchased goods and it turned out that they were charged for the hair mask that I returned. In the end, the guy checked and gave me the mask, because the money is not refunded for cosmetics. No apologies, he just shoved it at me and that's it. It's good that this is a hair mask and I use it, but if it was a much more expensive product, and I might not have noticed at all that the excess was written off, then there is no money or goods at all.
