They work very quickly (they disassemble and issue orders). The staff are friendly, some are more smiling, some are less, but they do their job perfectly. 4 fitting rooms, comfortable temperature, there is a place where you can check the goods. I really don't want to write a good review - and there are a lot of people like that. If I do not arrive at rush hour, then I pick up the goods in 1-2 minutes. The employees are bees. Thank you.

I've been using this pick-up point for more than 2 years, everything was fine, not a single complaint. But not today. I went to pick up the goods, in my order there were two dresses and two sports tops plus a hairpin. I was given an order and I immediately went to the fitting room, nothing fit, I went to return the goods, I always wait if I return things until the PVZ employee checks everything,the girl asked if there was any marriage, I replied that no, that everything was good, it just didn't fit, the girl checked the dresses, everything was fine, then she starts checking the tops and throws them to me on the counter, that they have white streaks on them and continues to serve other customers.I caught a stupor, I look at these tops, and there really are small stains under my breasts, I didn't even notice them, these stains are on the elastic band itself under my breasts, I tell her that I didn't measure them, I ask what to do, and she answers "Buy or wash", I say that I can just leave and what will happen then, and she replies, "Nothing, the money will be debited, I say, "okay, write it off, I will contact the support service"The employee tells me, "You can pick them up, wash them and issue a refund" (And isn't that considered exploitation if I wash things and then return them?)The goods were not paid for, I have a lot of cards tied up, I usually when I decide to take it, I change the payment method to the right card myself, if suddenly the money is on it. I left and after a minute I thought, "No, I have to write to the complaint book," I come back, ask about the complaint book and the girl says that the complaint book is in the office and THEN the employee says to the entire pick-up point, "GIRL, DON'T YOU WANT TO REPLENISH THE CARD?OR SHOULD I CALL THE POLICE ON YOU?"I'm shocked, people at the point looked at me like a criminal, I answer her "Call, I'll wait", my phone is dead, I stand and wait at the counter, the girl continues to serve customers, then after 5 minutes she asks "Do you need something else?"I answer, "I'm waiting for the police, did you call?I would have called myself, but the phone ran out," And she says, "I don't have time to do this, go charge it and call yourself, they will contact you." Daria, an employee, came to pick up the goods at the counter this evening, and she didn't even say hello, but she was very active on the phone on a personal matter. The dresses were fitted in dirty fitting rooms like this, but I naturally tried on everything without shoes so as not to dirty anything. After they started to give up positions, the employee worked as slowly as possible, but so slowly that the queue accumulated and some simply left without waiting. Naturally, all this was accompanied by eye-rolling and clucking. It's not your customers' fault that you have such a life and a corresponding job with such a salary. Based on this, it is not your option to put yourself above others when you are treated normally.
. After that, there was a complaint that the bottom of some dresses is dirty, but what should it be with such cleaning ? When I indicated the condition of the fitting rooms, only aggression and rudeness flew in response. It was said that there is a cleaning schedule, in her opinion, this layer of dirt accumulated during the day. But it seems that cleaning is scheduled once a month. I've been to various locations, but I've never met such a terrible employee.
