The competence of the staff leaves much to be desired. Of the three items ordered and delivered, only two were found and issued. At the same time, the manager charged money for all three products. She doesn't know how it happened, apparently "accidentally" (in her words). In general, they caused a lot of unnecessary and unpleasant problems with the refund of money for goods that they could not even find and did not give out.

Very unpleasant employees. They can be rude. There was dust and dirt in the fitting rooms, I tried on my clothes - I put some kind of mud on it, and the employee did not want to accept it, explaining that it was a "marriage". It's not even funny anymore. I will definitely go to another one.
