Favorite WB right in my house) The demand is huge, but the staff perfectly copes with their task to serve both quickly and efficiently. It's always nice when you communicate with the person at the counter opposite, and not with a silent robot. I don't want to offend anyone, but this also happens, so our department is only with the words "hello" and responsiveness on the other side of the counter.

The girl who worked on October 26 was doing her job so slowly that I almost missed the train. She looked at each item as if I had burned it in front of her. Despite the fact that this is not only the case with me, but also with other clients who have accumulated a whole PVZ, and it was the same with everyone who was there. She was just watching a movie or doing something on her phone, listening to music, not really in a hurry to work. Instead of the 5 minutes I planned to spend there, I spent 30!!!! And this is not the first time. It is worth carefully selecting employees who are able to quickly perform their duties.
