08.11.2024. The staff is rude and irresponsible. Having asked how long the technical break will last, in response I hear a boorish and indignant "I don't know" from one employee and a malicious "half an hour" from the second. I hasten to note that for some reason, when accepting the goods, the other two employees worked without interruption. One received customers, the other was engaged in the acceptance of goods. And there were no signs or door closures from customers.
Why this happens to these two in the 08.11 shift is still unclear. It's not the first time.Also, when visiting this PVZ, the same two employees mocked the customers. I ask you to take this review responsibly to the HEAD of the PVZ point on Odintsovo 69!

Don't set foot in here anymore. I stood in a queue of five people for half an hour. The point is dirty, smeared walls, boxes on the floor, long queues, equipment failures, hour breaks. But what does not depend on the employees, these are crazy people who spend 10 minutes on returns for one, because they do not know what packages they took out of! Try it on in shopping malls!

I come here sometimes a couple of times a week)) everything is always good, there are always several employees, they manage to serve everyone, there is no dirt and interfering boxes, do not believe those reviews)) The large boxes stand against the wall on the side of the cash register and do not bother anyone. In general, everything is fine, the staff are all sweethearts :)

Именно в точках выдачи заказов Вайлдберриз можно оценивать 3 вещи: персонал, чистоту и расположение. Персонал - вежливый, все всегда мне улыбались. Чистота - и правда это слово можно употребить к этому пункту (только очень неудобный вход и дверь часто заклинивает). Расположение - отвратительное, никаких указателей! 5 минут искал вокруг здания, где вход. Если что, он между деревьев возле забора со стороны Гиппо

Отвратительный пункт выдачи. Время работы указано с 10 утра. 10 15 ещё не открыто, никакой информации о том будет ли работать и с которого времени. Неуважение по отношению к клиентам. Дозвониться тоже не получилось. Отвратительный сервис. Наказать бы вас за то... Да так, чтобы товар приносили в зубах к дверям квартиры... После ночной смены я потеряла свое время 1,5 часа, и мне его никто не вернёт.

Постоянно огромные очереди и куча коробок внутри помещения - не пройти не проехать.. очень медленные сотрудники, товар стоит сутками в коробках и его никто не принимает

Грязно, выдача медленная, перед нами было 2 человека - их посылки искали 30 минут. В общем, проще заказать в проверенное место, где точно знаешь, как выдают. Сюда - больше не буду
