I arrived today at 6.30 pm, no one was there, service was refused, due to the planned acceptance of the goods, OK, I left. I come back at 20.27, there are 4-5 people in line, and the girl shouts at me not to take the queue, they won't serve me again))) That's the story. I didn't expect it. I definitely don't recommend this place anymore, and I've never set foot here myself. Good luck to all)

The employee does not issue the product. It was mistakenly passed as issued, but I did not receive it. They don't want to figure it out.
Rude service, although I wanted to solve everything peacefully.
And with another customer in front of me, she made 2 mistakes when the buyer "refused the product". I spent the goods as issued, but the money was debited from the person.

On 04/10/2025, at 20:50, I came for the parcel, to which I was told that the pick-up point was already closed. There were no notices on the door about it. I'm changing the address of the PVZ, "thank you" for the spoiled mood.
