In the 5 years of my visit to this department, there have never been any problems. The product does not match the size / color / appearance / quality - the girls will always help, explain, show. They are as polite and considerate as possible. They will honestly tell their opinion about clothes / any thing. I always come and get in a good mood. Not even because I bought something new (there were situations when I refused the product due to a defect), but simply because of the interaction with the staff. Do you need a refund at the pick-up point? You are welcome!. The fitting room?At least three! Lighting so that the left flaws can be seen? You are welcome! Assistance in evaluating/inspecting/packing the product? We are always glad! I am very pleased with this pick-up point and its staff. 10 out of 5⭐️

There has always been excellent service. No queues. But today it turned out that at the point of issue of orders, among which there may be powerful electrical equipment that requires checking, weak wiring and automatic machines are not designed for a heavy load! The woman was checking the electric grill (or something similar), the machine gun was knocked out. As a result, the computer does not work, the queue accumulates, everyone is nervous, the operator is trying to work from the phone ... Customers suggested what the problem might be and helped to find and turn on the machine. While the computer was loading, the queue was lined up to the door ... The operator quickly coped, But measures must be taken.
