The advantages are friendly employees, walking distance. Cons- there is little space, fitting - checking the goods can be difficult due to the accumulation of visitors; urgently replace the door closer on the front door! I add: it's terribly dirty! It needs to be cleaned at the end of the working day, the rug will not be visible soon!

Don't set foot in this pick-up point anymore. The attitude towards customers is disgusting. They closed the doors in front of their noses and went somewhere during working hours. I asked to give out the goods, and in response there was silence, they did not say how long they were closing and for what reason.

A good pick-up point. All employees are polite and never had any questions for them (and I visit them every other day). The only thing is that winter has begun and it has become very slippery to climb the stairs near the entrance, and of course there is not enough space at the very point. When people are packed in the evening, it is difficult to stay there and check the issued goods (because there is only one table and a small one).

Сделала заказ, в этот пункт выдачи. Сразу оплатила. 7 мая в приложении отобразилось, что заказ прступил в пвз, но готов к выдаче не был еще 2 дня. Я решила пойти спросить в сам пункт. Девушка просканировала штрих-код , но заказ был не найден. Хотя, в кабинете ясно отображалось, что заказ поступил в этот пункт выдачи вчера в 9 утра. Далее последовали отговорки, мол вчера я ничего не получала и звонки начальству, с вопросами, что делать. В итоге, девушка взяла мой номер телефона и сказала, что поищет заказ и перезвонит. Перезвонила вечером, сказала, что ничего не нашла "ждите или пишите в службу поддержки". Уже 17 мая. Заказ как висел в статусе "поступил на пвз", так и висит. В службе поддержки разбираются уже 6 дней. Только, что они смогут сделать, если заказ либо утерян, либо украден работниками пвз. Не рекомендую этот пункт выдачи, ваш заказ может просто испариться.

Пункт, как пункт.. Ничего особенного нет. Работники адекватные. Расположение для меня удобное- вот и все преимущество) не лучше, не хуже других..(наверное))
