Изначально , идея была неплоха , много света в помещении , широкие панорамные окна , просторный зал. Видимо собственник решил экономить , кондиционеры давно не работают , летом удушающая парилка из за никак не прикрытых окон , добитый ресепшен , замотанные девчонки , которых реально жаль с такими условиями работы.

Замечательный пункт выдачи, девушки, которые выдают посылки, очень вежливые, из минусов - иногда грязновато в примерочных и пару раз терялись товары, из-за чего приходилось долго ждать, но такое бывает редко

Персонал нормальный, удобное расположение от дома…. Но! Эта вечная толпа людей, стремная лестница ( когда сам боишься оступиться, не говоря уже про детей)- за это звездочки снимаю

Пункт выдачи находится на втором этаже, но возможности с коляской туда попасть нет. Необходимо кидать коляску, на входе и подниматься на 2 этаж за заказом с ребёнком на руках. Основная ца- это мамочки у которых нет возможности пошопиться, но все тут не удобно, ещё и видеонаблюдением мы не защищены. На входе написано ведётся видеонаблюдение. Столкнулась с тем, что товар забрала, и пошла сразу к коляске вниз, и там же его проверила, оказывается был недокомплект. Девушка заказ мой закрыла уже и возврат не может сделать. Ещё момент с упаковкой со штрихкодом, её у меня не оказалось, для возврата заказа через приложение. Товар был выдан в пакете-майке вайлдберис. Пусть девушки проговаривают всем сразу проверять товар. Это не сложно. Мне было не удобно с ребёнком на руках это сделать, и коляска внизу без присмотра. В теории трусы 1 шт могли украсть на пункте выдачи. По камерам из подсобки можно посмотреть была ли эта упаковка со штрихкодом на товаре. В зал мне вынесли уже в фирменном пакете покупку. Поставьте пожалуйста камеры видеонаблюдения на входе для безопасности своих клиентов. Вы не несёте ответственность за наши вещи конечно, но организация данного пункта самовывоза мамочкам с маленькими детками очень не удобна. Спасибо!

Обслуживание отлично,но не мешало помыть около лестницы оконные пролеты.Немного не приятно ,когда ждёшь товар и грязь и пыль.

Девочки работают без нареканий. Но вот владельцам по барабану, как их работникам в теплице. Один вентилятор. Кондиционеры не работают. Очень душно.

Не могу забрать заказ уже неделю, каждый день прихожу и каждый день очереди до улицы , до этого стояла 40 минут, добавьте еще сотрудников или откройте еще один пвз по близости
