It's just awful! How many times do I order goods, it is written in the morning "on the way to the pick-up point", and as a result they arrive only the next day, although the city is up to 2 hours away. I just wanted to pick it up before the trip, but in the end I couldn't because the owners didn't want to punch the product so that it would be shown that it had arrived.
