He works slowly, does not know where the goods are located and steals the buyer's time in the first place. Other points work a hundred times faster and do not allow such long queues even during the evening rush hour.

There are no complaints about the pick-up point itself and all employees, except for one girl..An employee who is categorically dissatisfied with (she worked on 06/24/24), on an ongoing basis, very slowly searches and issues an order, one person can be served for 10 minutes or more, I don't even go to the WB on her shift, but today before closing I decided to go in, I went in at 20:50, and at 20:57 she she announced that she no longer issues orders, why couldn't she say this about the entrance of customers?! They stood in line in vain, three people turned around and left, and people clearly stood in front of me for more than 10 minutes. As a rule, if a customer enters a store, they are not kicked out, but are served, or are not allowed to enter because the store is closing.
