The item itself is quite neat and clean. But the workers leave much to be desired. The guy announces technical breaks whenever he wants. Write your breaks on the door, and do not expose customers with the words "I will serve only one more customer, and then if he immediately picks up the goods." It also turns out very unpleasant when an employee, wanting to go on a break, accuses customers of having returnable positions! He works slowly, does not know where the goods are located and steals the buyer's time in the first place. Other points work a hundred times faster and do not allow such long queues even during the evening rush hour.

I took off one star for the fitting situation:I was refused to try on one thing, due to the fact that the fitting rooms work until 20.45, and I just came at that time and all three fitting rooms were free, and they could not specify the document on the basis of which the fitting rooms did not work. At the same time, there were three people besides me at the checkpoint.

There are no complaints about the pick-up point itself and all employees, except for one girl..An employee who is categorically dissatisfied with (she worked on 06/24/24), on an ongoing basis, very slowly searches and issues an order, one person can be served for 10 minutes or more, I don't even go to the WB on her shift, but today before closing I decided to go in, I went in at 20:50, and at 20:57 she she announced that she no longer issues orders, why couldn't she say this about the entrance of customers?! They stood in line in vain, three people turned around and left, and people clearly stood in front of me for more than 10 minutes. As a rule, if a customer enters a store, they are not kicked out, but are served, or are not allowed to enter because the store is closing.

The pick-up point is good, always satisfied. Today we faced a situation where an employee processed an order according to the principle: 1 thing in 5 minutes for one person. There can be 10 such things. The queue has accumulated quite a lot and during the waiting time of 20 minutes, only 1 person has advanced, and then because of leaving the queue. They didn't tell us a word about waiting, even at the time of the girl's remark from the queue. The guy working the shift just didn't say anything. Fix these points, please. This is not normal)

I came for orders today at 15:26 , the break was from 15:30 to 15:45. I was ready to wait. There are 3 more people in the queue in front of me, they said they were standing in front of a closed door since 15:15. At 15:45, a young man with groceries was let inside, who had just come up. To the question of the girl from the queue, "when will the break end?" It said "At least another hour." Why couldn't you write a sign that you had a product reception or lunch? We are all adults and no one would be standing at the door if we were warned.
