The work schedule of the PVZ is from 10 to 22, but arriving at 17:55, there is a sign on the door "technical break of 15 minutes from 17:45 to 18:30." How is that even?!
A disgruntled girl comes out with a phone in her hands and, in my opinion, behaves unacceptably: she shouts "what, I can't have lunch?", "write complaints to the management" and so on
Of course, we are all human, it is acceptable to take a technical break to go to the toilet and eat, BUT this is not 45 minutes and not during rush hour.
Girl, this is not your place of work! With such an attitude towards people, it's not worth working with people.
If you had said, please excuse me, I'll be back in 5 minutes, I need to go to the bathroom, no one would have said a word to you. But it was just rude.

Very convenient location, almost the only WB pick-up point in this direction.
A nice polite girl is working.
The entrance from the street is located opposite the A100 gas station.
