It's not as easy to work there as the people who write negative comments and reviews. We need to be a little more polite and patient. The management would like to reach out so that employees can take legal technical breaks, for lunch and just to enter according to their needs. There are no complaints about the girls, everything is always fine.

The staff is very good, but the workload is very high!
In December, huge queues start from the street. You have to stand for an hour or more. A huge request to the administration: enter additional employees, at least in December - during the period of high demand for goods in preparation for the New Year holidays. The delivery time of the goods does not correspond to those stated when placing orders and huge queues at the pick-up point force you to look for similar goods from other suppliers.

The order was paid in advance. I stood in line for an hour - it's a normal thing before the new year. We found all the products that I ordered, placed them - and clicked "Reject" on the product that I was going to pick up. By mistake, of course, but for some reason they can't cancel the erroneous data, and now I'm without the product, the product is going back to another country, and they haven't returned all the money, writing off about a quarter for "rejecting the product".
At the time of writing the review, the money withheld has not yet been returned, although there was an appeal.
