Terrible service! I barely got the name of the rude woman (Daria). I have not provided a book of complaints and suggestions (although I am obliged to do so on demand) . I will have to contact the city administration. If, thanks to SUCH workers, the pick-up point is closed, the valdbiris Administration should know the hero. The essence of the complaint:I came with my wife to receive an order. At first, they searched the warehouse for about 15 minutes. When I asked to finally find an order, the phrase followed:as I can, I'm looking for it, I can't do it faster, I don't like it, look for it yourself. In response to my demand to issue a book of comments, she sent it to Minsk. Such people have no place in such a job.
