The pick-up point is conveniently located in the city center. The staff is very polite, attentive and competent. But, unfortunately, this point does not accommodate all visitors. The city needs another such point. One of the five changing rooms is available! Everything is filled with goods! This creates problems for customers!

It's not the first time I've come here, the queue is huge, you stand for 2 hours in the cold, one person is allowed inside, because everything is filled with boxes. He writes an order on the way to the pick-up point and so many days in the end the order is canceled , that's probably why there are a lot of orders and no one takes apart the orders. There is always one employee working, if there is so much work and one employee does not cope with the number of orders, then put several employees It's just terrible

I don't like the quality of service and the sanitary condition of the pick-up point. In one case, Svetlana, an employee of the pick-up point, could not find and issue the received goods, in another case she refused to give contacts to contact the Wildbarriz support service, or to provide personal assistance in order to correct the incorrect operation of the personal account.
