I recently used the services of a pick-up point and was completely delighted! From the very beginning, I was struck by the efficiency: the order was ready for delivery within a few hours after registration.
The staff is friendly and helpful, helped me find my order quickly. The point itself is clean, bright and conveniently located, with plenty of parking spaces nearby.
The process of receiving the order took only a couple of minutes, which is very convenient for busy people. I was especially pleased that it was possible to check the completeness of the order on the spot in advance to be sure that everything was in order.

Office workers falsify data on the arrival of goods. The whole day 07.06.2024 until 22.00 I was waiting for the goods. I updated the application until 22.00 and it was written that the product was delayed. After 22.00, when the pick-up point was closed, the workers took the goods in their computer with a scanner and wrote that it arrived at the point at 8.23 am. Come and get it.
And I'm not going to pick up the fool.
I take it this is a hoax. I wrote a claim

The pick-up point is located very conveniently in the neighborhood. The work schedule allows you to pick up an order after work. The pick-up point has a pleasant staff: polite, smiling, will help with any question regarding the product.
