Honestly, I have nothing against WB, because I often order goods from it. However, this case completely angered me.
A week ago, I ordered a product (as a gift) for which I could arrange free courier delivery to my home.
As a result, it's been quiet for days after the payment.. No one has reached us and the goods are just lying in the warehouse of this point.
We contacted those.However, they didn't give a clear answer, they just said wait.
