I am very dissatisfied with the work of Olga's employee. 26. 02. 2025 came to pick up the headphones. When handing out the goods, the employee did not warn me about the non-return of the goods upon opening. I found out about this only after I wanted to refuse the product due to non-satisfaction with the product (the headphones were not paid for! ). To the question: What should I do? I was told in the application to make a refund. By the way, the seller refused the refund. Money is wasted.

The entire staff was changed , but it didn 't seem to get any worse . They work at an average pace , which is good news. The renovation has already been a little shabby inside, but it's understandable, people work a lot + a constant stream of wb-ladies
