When I arrived at the checkpoint at 2 p.m., I saw a picture of an employee shouting obscenities at the queue that had accumulated at the door due to the break. The justification for this was that she (the employee) tore off her back. Further - more. Instead of serving customers in any way, she chatted on the phone during the delivery of the order, giggling and swearing obscenities. And the whole queue heard which three letters should be used by those who are generally dissatisfied with something (quote from her interlocutor). When someone dared to remind them of their duty to serve customers, they once again ran into rudeness and rudeness of the employee. In retaliation to everyone present, she began unreasonably refusing a refund after fitting. In general, I did not wait for my turn for 25 minutes of this circus, although there were 7 people in front of me at most.
I would really like the management to respond to this review. And at least it has taught its employees basic rules of politeness.
