Friends and acquaintances give good reviews, there have never been problems with the delivery time and the quality of the product itself. But here's what I want to write about, if you have any problem with Wildberries, then you won't be able to solve it. In the support service, you will often be answered by a bot or operators, but always in templates. I.e. your question will not be resolved.
In my case, I ordered a portable speaker on 02/28/2023, 48 days have passed - no speakers, no money. Therefore, when you order, keep in mind that if a problem arises, you will simply get bored solving your problem with Wildberries.

The unit is not the point of issue, but the whole Wildberries. On July 1, I ordered a product worth 16700 rubles, and 10 times more was written off from the card - 167,000 rubles. There is virtually no support. I wrote to the post office and ignored it. I wrote an appeal in the application and received an unsubscribe saying that an application has been created, which will be processed in turn. It's been 3 whole days (!!!) TWO days since the response and no progress. It smacks of outright fraud!
If you can use other services, use them. Don't mess with Wildberries! And before you pay money or place an order, make sure that the service has an adequate support service, and not just contacts like Wildberries, where you will either be ignored or forced to communicate with bots. Because if suddenly something goes wrong when ordering or paying, you will be forced to solve the issue for months, years! Or involve law enforcement and supervisory authorities to speed up.

Registered on the website global.wildberries.ru , by phone number, made an order, paid by card, with delivery to this pick-up point. The goods appeared in the delivery, with the status "issued". A lot of time has passed - the goods have not even moved in status.
I tried logging in to the application using the same phone - there are no deliveries there, and in general, I got the feeling that another account was registered (to the same phone number, I remind you).
After a long (more than a month) butting with the stupidest support, it turned out that one product had arrived, the status in the personal account had not changed, it remained "issued". Upon arriving at this pick-up point, it was fairly sent, because the product is not in the "ready for delivery" status.
Now support claims that all three products are at the pick-up point, but here the versions of what happened vary - either they are really at the pick-up point, but they are "decorated" in the database, so no one will give them to me. Either the goods do not exist there and they really have been in the "issued" status for more than a month, and the money was debited from my card just like that.
Both options, as we understand it, do not mean that I will be able to receive the product (if, again, it exists). Apparently, and I can only guess (those answering me in the chat can't answer anything sane) that there were some anomalies on wildbury, which is why the account was duplicated, which does not explain the reason for the lack of movement of goods by status.
Based on this, I wish an employee of the IT department of wildbury to receive a fine instead of a bonus, preferably in the amount of approximately 100% of the rate (if they work in white, of course)
