There is also a pick-up point in the neighboring house, where a refund was issued in ONE minute, without any approval from the head. She just scanned the code on the box, checked the contents and THAT's IT!!! Was it really difficult to do it here??? Terrible attitude!!! And it wouldn't hurt to clean up!
