The Pvz is dirty, the hooks in the fitting rooms are broken. The employee scolded in front of other visitors of the PVZ due to the fact that she did not check the goods for defects under the camera, but immediately took them to the fitting room. The only time I didn't check it, because I was in a hurry, and it was inconvenient, and the employee with her rudeness was right there. There are no conditions for checking the goods, only a single 20*80 counter, on which the orders themselves can hardly be placed, not to mention taking out each item and examining it when a whole queue is breathing down your back. First, create conditions for checking things for marriage, for example, a large table like at other pick-up points, and then report the customers at whose expense the entire pick-up point lives

Convenient location. There is a small parking lot and a public transport stop nearby. The only drawback is that this pick-up point is very popular, so there are often small queues.

The order pick-up point is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, the entrance is from the side of the roadway. Otherwise, as usual, there are fitting rooms, the workload is higher in the evening, so I try to come at closing time or in the morning when the pick-up point opens its doors to visitors.

An excellent pick-up point, orders are given very quickly, so even a large queue is not a problem.
And if you do not come at rush hour - in the morning or after lunch, then there is a high probability that you will be alone at the pick-up point. The staff is polite and pleasant.

You have to stand in queues for TWO HOURS, and so every day at any time of the day. The employee can't cope with the word at all, everything is littered with boxes, and the shelf life has been reduced in addition. Immediately the desire disappears to order anything!
You can either rent a bigger room and expand, or open an additional point if you can't cope with such a flow of people.
