The location is very good, close to the bus stop, which makes it easy to get to your order.
The room is always clean.
In each stall there is a clean mat, there is a trash can, there is nothing scattered, which makes you feel comfortable.
There is always a knife on the pick-up counter so that it is convenient to open and check your product .

A great pick-up point. That the guys were friendly, that the girls were good. They try, they are not rude, they never send. The point is free, if there is a queue, then it is not difficult to stand and wait for the goods. I understand how busy the warehouse is there and how difficult it is sometimes to find a parcel for a client, and therefore I send the guys from the point of patience, good luck and adequate customers 💛

two co-workers worked for a very long time. the queue consisted of three people, the staff spent more than half an hour on their service, although they did not have many goods at all.

I drive past this house almost every day. There are queues of people from 18.00. So the place is conveniently located.
There are no such queues during lunch and before 16.00.
Choose a time to go shopping if you don't want to stand outside in bad weather.

There are huge queues, people stand for hours, there are always bugs and errors of the service. They close the point ahead of time.
The skirt was not accepted today because of the crooked seam. Why should the buyer suffer because of this? They told me to make a refund, but in my experience it is considered for about a week.
Why do I have to wait a week and stand in queues TWICE because of poor-quality clothes?
I'd rather switch to ozone 🙌

it's just terrible, I can't pick up the order for the second day, queues are constantly, I come the first time - the queue, the second time - nothing changes. yesterday we stood for half an hour, during which time only one person came out. I don't understand if the service is too slow or something.. as a result, it was pointless to stand any longer.
I understand the workload for the new year and the sea of orders, but maybe something should be done then if there are such queues all the time?

A good pick-up point, there are 3 booths for fitting, the fitting room is free, there is a mirror, a pouf, hooks on 2 sides and a horn. However, it is better to come in the first half of the day, otherwise there is a queue....

before ordering something for this item, take a look at this photo and think again :) this situation has been observed for the second month, the employees are certainly not to blame that their item is so popular, but still I think something can be done about it.... the assessment is more likely for the WB itself and not for the employees

A terrible pick-up point. Very slow service. Employees have been looking for a product for a very long time. I stood outside for 2 hours, I didn't even get to the porch, during this time 8 people came out, but the staff managed to run around smoking. A mess, in a word!

Прекраснфй пункт выдачи. Очередей почти никогда нет, а работники выдают заказы быстро. Также отвечают на вопросы касательно работы маркетплейса.
Из минусов разве что могу отметить - стоящие картонные коробки на пункте. Но деваться тут некуда. Помещение склада маленькое и складывать их банально некуда
