Convenient location, the advantages end there. When the pick-up point first opened, there were such friendly, polite employees, they always greeted each other, asked to leave a review (they filled themselves with a good rating). But a couple of months ago everything changed, you come in like shit, they look at you, they don't say hello, you say thank you, too, ignore it completely, no goodbye. The last time I had the impression that I was ordering parcels at their expense. By their behavior, the employees completely discourage the desire to visit this pick-up point.

I ordered balloons for the holiday and tights. I opened the balloons with an employee at the pick-up point. Not only that, everything happened under the stupid questions "what could be wrong with them?" (as if I can't inspect what I ordered), so the following situation also occurred
